As a German Football Association (DFB) referee, licensed German Football Association (DFB) coach, and experienced coach in amateur and professional football, he has extensive knowledge of sports management and training. His innovations, including the NXG Mover, have already been successfully tested and proven effective in professional environments.
This experience now informs his ambitious project NXG – No Xenophobia Global, which combines social responsibility, athletic development, and technological innovation. NXG stands not only for athletic competition, but for a global movement promoting respect, inclusion, and education.
